TIS580-25 Dealcoholized Thermally Conductive Silicone Adhesive
TIS580-25 is a one-component, dealcoholized, room temperature cure thermally conductive silicone adhesive designed for electronic component bonding and heat transfer applications. This high-performance material provides excellent thermal conductivity while eliminating corrosion risks on metal surfaces.
