TIF020AB-19S is a highly thermal conductive, two-component liquid gap filling material designed for electronic device thermal management. This precuring thermal gel features a 2.0W/mK thermal conductivity rating and cures at different temperature settings to form a soft, elastomeric interface for heat transfer from electronic components to heat sinks or metal housings.
