CF8 for pressure resistance, F316 for chlorine resistance, DN150 standard diameter, PN25 medium-to-high pressure with zero leakage—designed for medium-to-high pressure pipelines handling chlorine-containing or mildly corrosive media that require temperature and pressure resistance. It combines the strength of a cast 304 base, a forged 316 disc resistant to pitting corrosion, and a Stellite alloy wear-resistant seal to create a zero-leakage shut-off hub.
Product Advantages
● The sealing pair features a precision-ground Stellite hard alloy overlay, with rigid metal-to-metal engagement—free of graphite, rubber, or PTFE. It exhibits no cold flow, thermal relaxation, or carbonization under acid/alkali corrosion, steam purging, or particle-laden media erosion. It maintains bidirectional zero leakage from zero pressure to full rated pressure differential, eliminating internal leakage caused by aging soft seals, with a service life matching that of the pipeline.
● The valve stem is supplied as a bare stem without a fixed actuator. Users can independently select handles, worm gearboxes, or electric/pneumatic actuators based on site requirements, avoiding redundant investment.
● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the disc immediately disengages from the seat upon opening and precisely wedges into place upon closing. The sealing surfaces experience zero friction and zero scraping throughout the entire 90° rotation.
