Engine-driven excavator hydraulic main pump with axial variable piston structure provides high-pressure hydraulic power for boom, arm, bucket, travel and swing movements. Dual main pump and rear pilot pump design for mid-large excavators ensures stable 28~35MPa main pressure and 3~4MPa pilot control pressure. Equipped with piston cylinder assembly, adjustable swash plate, flow regulator and valve plate, the pump realizes adjustable displacement, oil flow and fuel efficiency. Three intelligent control systems deliver engine stall prevention, fuel-saving on-demand flow and overpressure protection. Effectively solves common failures including weak excavation power, engine overload smoke, hydraulic oil overheating and pump abnormal noise. Regular oil filter replacement, sealed suction pipeline and standard oil level greatly improve pump reliability and reduce failure rate.
