TIS™ 680-10AB Series is a two-component, thermally conductive potting compound with 1.0W/mK thermal conductivity, low temperature curing, and extended pot life. This fire-resistant silica encapsulant is engineered for potting capacitors and electrical devices, providing excellent insulation and protection.
