Properties
White or colorless crystalline free flowing solid, efflorescent in air, easily soluble in water, but insoluble in alcohol, its water solution is slightly alkaline, relative density at 1.52 g/cm3, melting point at 35℃.
Appearance: white powder, flake or granular. It is soluble in water and its aqueous solution is alkaline, but insoluble in alcohol.
Spray drying method was used to dissolve the twelve sodium hydrogen phosphate two sodium in the dissolving tank, add a small amount of industrial phosphoric acid, adjust the pH8.8 - 9, the solution temperature was 80--85, the pump was pumped to the metering tank, atomized by atomizer, the atomizer chose two flow steam spray nozzle, the steam pressure was 0.15 - 0.3 Mpa, the atomizer flow angle was 30 degrees, and the Vapor-Liquid Ratio (0.4 - 5):1. The inlet temperature of hot gas is 650-750 ℃. It can be dried in parallel or counter current. For counter current drying, the inlet temperature is 620-650 ℃ and the outlet temperature is 140-150 ℃. Application
Disodium phosphate is used in the food industry as emulsifying agent, buffering agent, and brine constituent. Examples such as processed cheeses and dairy products.

Storage and transportation
