Tripotassium phosphate is calcined at high temperature. It is white powder or granular at room temperature. It is hygroscopic, easily soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, and highly corrosive. The aqueous solution reacts with alkali. The pH value of a 1% aqueous solution is 11.8. 1340℃, the relative density of 2.564.
Nature and stability
