Application
The product quality improver can improve the complexing metal ions, pH value and ionic strength of food, so as to improve the adhesion and water holding capacity of food. According to Chinese regulations, it can be used for cheese with a maximum dosage of 5g / kg; it can be used for western ham, meat, fish, shrimp and crab with a maximum dosage of 3.0g/kg; it can be used for canned food, juice, beverage and dairy products with a maximum dosage of 0.5g/kg.

Properties
White or colorless crystal, efflorescent in air, easily soluble in water but not in organic solution. Its water solution is alkaline. PH value of 1% solution is 12.1, relative density at 1.62g/cm3, melting point is 73.4 ℃.
Hot phosphoric acid method: the product is obtained by neutralization reaction of hot phosphoric acid and caustic soda, cooling crystallization, centrifugal separation and drying of neutralization liquid.
