Application

Properties

Preparation method

2.Hot phosphoric acid method: the product is obtained by neutralization reaction of hot phosphoric acid and caustic soda, cooling crystallization, centrifugal separation and drying of neutralization liquid.
3.Extraction phosphoric acid method: neutralization with industrial soda at 90 ~ 100 ° C When phosphoric acid is extracted to 50% - 70% and converted into monosodium phosphate, sodium fluorosilicate is precipitated and filtered. The filtrate is neutralized with soda ash to slightly alkaline (pH 8.4-8.6). Then, trisodium phosphate is neutralized with sodium hydroxide solution to form trisodium phosphate. After hot filtration, the clear liquid is concentrated to a relative density of 1.24-1.26 (28-30 ° B é), and then cooled to 25-70 ° C for crystallization. The product is obtained by centrifugation and drying, and the mother liquor can be reused Reuse.
