Properties

Preparation method:
1. Food grade phosphoric acid was diluted to a certain concentration with non-ionic water and then added into a stirred reactor. Food grade caustic soda solution was slowly added under stirring for neutralization reaction. The Na / P ratio was adjusted to 3.24-3.26. Then decolorizer, heavy metal remover and arsenic remover were added to purify the solution, and impurities were removed by filtration. The filtrate was cooled, crystallized, centrifuged and dried The product is made of trisodium phosphate dodecahydrate.
2. In the extraction phosphoric acid method, phosphate rock powder is reacted with sulfuric acid to obtain extraction phosphoric acid. Add appropriate amount of washing water, dilute to make the content of phosphorus pentoxide in the solution 18% ~ 20%, heat to 85 ° C, and slowly add 30 ~ 35% under stirring. B6 sodium carbonate solution was neutralized to make pH 8-8.4. Adding trisodium phosphate mother liquor, the content of phosphorus pentoxide in the solution is less than 12%. After 15-20 minutes of heat preservation, it was concentrated to 24-25 ° B é by filtration and evaporation. The liquid ratio of caustic soda is 24.3 ~ 26.3. After cooling and crystallization, centrifugal separation and air drying, trisodium phosphate dodecahydrate was prepared.
3. In the process of thermal phosphoric acid, the thermal phosphoric acid is added into the reactor, and the liquid caustic soda is added slowly under stirring for neutralization reaction to produce trisodium phosphate, which is then cooled, crystallized, centrifuged and dried to produce trisodium phosphate dodecahydrate.
Application
Trisodium Phosphate is used as emulsifier, nutritional supplement and quality improver in food processing. It is also used in the preparation of α - starch and granulated water. It can also be used as detergent for food bottles and cans.
