Basic Information.

Both have the same chemical properties and can obtain the same aqueous solution and crystalline hydrate, but thermal stability, solubility, the heat of hydration during dissolution, and hygroscopicity All are different. It will gradually hydrolyze to orthophosphate in water. It has good coordination ability and can be complexed with metal ions such as calcium, magnesium, and iron. It is also a non-organic surfactant.
