Product introduction:
Potassium phosphate, chemical formula K3PO4. Also known as potassium phosphate, white granular powder, easy to absorb moisture, relative density 2.564 (17 ℃), melting point 1340 ℃. It is soluble in water and shows alkaline reaction. It is insoluble in ethanol. Used as softener, fertilizer, liquid soap, food additive, etc. It can be prepared by adding potassium hydroxide to dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution.
Nature and stability
1. It will not decompose if used and stored according to specifications.
2. Avoid contact with oxides, moisture/humidity. It is soluble in water but insoluble in alcohol. The aqueous solution is strongly alkaline. It is highly corrosive. Strong hygroscopicity.

Product preparation:

Tripotassium phosphate is used in alkaline phosphate or alkaline buffers, especially in the case of lower sodium usage or high solubility, instead of trisodium phosphate.
