Application

Disodium hydrogen phosphate can be used to make citric acid, water softener, fabric weight increasing agent, fire retardant, glaze agent, welding agent, medicine, pigment, food industry and other phosphates. It can be used as industrial water treatment agent, printing and dyeing detergent, quality improver, neutralizer, antibiotic culture agent, biochemical treatment agent and food quality improver.

Preparation method

Spray drying method was used to dissolve the twelve sodium hydrogen phosphate two sodium in the dissolving tank, add a small amount of industrial phosphoric acid, adjust the pH8.8 - 9, the solution temperature was 80--85, the pump was pumped to the metering tank, atomized by atomizer, the atomizer chose two flow steam spray nozzle, the steam pressure was 0.15 - 0.3 Mpa, the atomizer flow angle was 30 degrees, and the Vapor-Liquid Ratio (0.4 - 5):1. The inlet temperature of hot gas is 650-750 ℃. It can be dried in parallel or counter current. For counter current drying, the inlet temperature is 620-650 ℃ and the outlet temperature is 140-150 ℃. The particle size of the finished product is about 90 μ m, accounting for 60%, and the moisture content is less than 1%. Anhydrous disodium hydrogen phosphate was prepared.
