Sodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate (na2h2p2o7) is neutralized by food grade phosphoric acid and soda, and the terminal pH value is controlled to generate sodium dihydrogen phosphate, and then it is polymerized and dehydrated at a certain temperature to obtain the finished product.
The food grade soda was added to the neutralizer by two-step drying polymerization, heated and dissolved under stirring, then food grade phosphoric acid was added for neutralization reaction. The end point of reaction was controlled to pH = 4-4.4, to generate sodium dihydrogen phosphate, the solution was filtered at 70-80 ℃, the filtrate was evaporated and concentrated, cooled and crystallized, centrifuged, and dehydrated to anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate at 95 ℃. Then it is sent to the box type polymerization furnace for heating and melting polymerization, and the material temperature is controlled to be polymerized at 140-200 ℃, and the converted sodium pyrophosphate is packed after crushing to produce edible acid sodium pyrophosphate. The chemical equation is 2h3po4 + Na2CO3, and 2nah2po4 + H2O + CO2 ↑
2NaH2PO4[△]═Na2H2P2O7+H2O.
Applications:
In the food industry, it is used as a fast leavening agent, quality improver, etc., used as an acidic component of synthetic leavening agents such as bread and cakes. Compounding with other phosphates can be used as a water-retaining agent for luncheon meat, cooked ham, canned meat and other meat products, and as a rehydrating agent for instant noodles.

Properties
