Application
Potassium tripolyphosphate is mainly used for soil improvement, oil emulsification, liquid washing buffer, etc; In agriculture, it is a kind of high-efficiency compound fertilizer of phosphorus and potassium. It can be used in broth, quick-frozen fish and shrimp, milk powder, cream powder, cheese, condensed milk, cream, pickled meat products, lunch meat, etc. it has good solubility in solution.
Property

Production method
1. One step process of polyphosphoric acid: dissolve potassium carbonate into potassium carbonate solution, add it into neutralization reactor with stirring and heating device, and slowly add polyphosphoric acid under stirring for neutralization reaction, so as to produce material solution, reaching K20 / P2 The ratio of 0.05 to 0.05 is 1.667. The product is prepared by dry polymerization, cooling and crushing.
2. Two step process of thermal phosphoric acid: add the thermal phosphoric acid (50% - 60% solution) into neutralization tank after measurement, slowly add potassium carbonate under stirring for neutralization reaction, control the pH value at about 6.7-7.0, make the neutralized material liquid in tank maintain the proportion of 2mol potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 1mol potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and the neutralized solution enters spray drying tower through high position tank for drying to obtain dry powder The dry material is discharged from the bottom of the tower, then enters the rotary polymerization furnace through the silo, and polymerizes at about 400 ℃ to produce potassium tripolyphosphate. After cooling and crushing, the industrial potassium tripolyphosphate product is prepared.
