Properties

Disodium hydrogen phosphate, also known as sodium monohydrogen phosphate, with the chemical formula of Na2HPO4, is one of the sodium hydrochloride salts generated by phosphoric acid. It is a deliquescent white powder, soluble in water, and the aqueous solution is weakly alkaline.

Application

Disodium hydrogen phosphate can be used to make citric acid, water softener, fabric weight increasing agent, fireproof agent, glaze agent, welding agent, medicine, pigment, food industry and other phosphates. It can be used as industrial water treatment agent, printing and dyeing detergent, quality improver, neutralizer, culture agent, biochemical treatment agent and food quality improver.

Spray drying method:

Twelve sodium hydrogen phosphate two sodium is added to the dissolving tank to heat and dissolve, add a small amount of industrial phosphoric acid, adjust pH to 8.8-9.0, the solution temperature is 80-85 degrees, pump to the metering tank, spray through atomizer, atomizer choose two flow steam nozzle, steam pressure 0.15-0.3 MPa, atomizer steam flow angle and level 30 degrees, Vapor-Liquid Ratio (0.4 ~ 5):1. The inlet temperature of hot furnace gas is 650-750 ℃. It can be dried in parallel or countercurrent. For counter current drying, the inlet temperature is 620-650 ℃ and the outlet temperature is 140-150 ℃. Finished product particle size 90 μ M accounts for about 60%, and the water content is less than 1%. Anhydrous disodium hydrogen phosphate was prepared.
