Food field
1. The product quality improver can improve the complex metal ions, pH value and ionic strength of food, so as to improve the bonding force and water holding capacity of food. It can be used for cheese according to Chinese regulations, with a maximum dosage of 5g / kg; The maximum dosage in western ham, meat, fish, shrimp and crab is 3.0g/kg; The maximum dosage in cans, fruit juices, beverages and dairy products is 0.5g/kg.

Preparation method
