Product introduction:
Tripotassium phosphate, also known as potassium phosphate, is a white granular powder, easy to absorb moisture, with a relative density of 2.564 (17 ℃) and a melting point of 1340 ℃. Soluble in water, alkaline reaction. Insoluble in ethanol. Used as soft water agent, fertilizer, liquid soap, food additive, etc. It can be prepared by adding potassium hydroxide to dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution.

Application:
Tripotassium phosphate is used as emulsifier, potassium fortifier, alkaline water for preparing pasta products, acidity regulator, meat product binder, buffer, antioxidant synergist and chelating agent in food industry. It is used to manufacture liquid soap, chemical Book refined gasoline, high-quality paper, metal surface treatment, biological hydration treatment, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. It can also be used as boiler water softener, high-efficiency liquid compound fertilizer and assistant for recovering sulfur from acid gas in synthetic rubber production.
Neutralization method:
After the reaction of phosphoric acid with potassium hydroxide or potassium bicarbonate and potassium carbonate, through the control of the reaction end point, the neutralization solution is concentrated to remove the insoluble matter, and then it is cooled, crystallized, centrifuged and dried to obtain the product.
