Product Description
Sodium hexametaphosphate is an inorganic substance with molecular formula (NaPO3) 6. It is a white powder crystal, or a colorless transparent glass sheet or block solid. Soluble in water, insoluble in organic solvents. It has strong hygroscopicity. When exposed to the air, it can gradually absorb water and form a viscose. It can form soluble complexes with calcium, magnesium and other metal ions. It is widely used in food and industrial fields.
Application
Using quality improver; PH mediator, metal ion chelator; Binder and expansion agent. It can stabilize natural pigment and protect food color in beans, canned fruits and vegetables and bean paste stuffing; Fat can be emulsified in canned meat to maintain uniform texture; It can be used in canned meat and meat products to improve water retention and prevent fat deterioration.
