Physical and chemical properties
Sodium dihydrogen phosphate, also known as acidic sodium phosphate, has molecular formulas of NaH2PO4 • 2H2O and NaH2PO4, with relative molecular weights of 156.01 and 119.98. It is divided into anhydrous matter and dihydrate. Dihydrate is colorless to white crystalline or crystalline powder, and anhydrous matter is white powder or particle. Soluble in water, almost insoluble in ethanol.

Application
Sodium dihydrogen phosphate used for breakfast cereals, cheese, condensed milk, cream, concentrated milk, flavor milk powder, gelatin, double diluted cream, ice cream, imitation cheese, infant food, ready-made cheese cake, pudding powder, isotonic beverage, skimmed milk powder, pasta, pet food, processed cheese, starch, vitamin capsule and sprayed cream.

Storage method:
1. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry, clean and non-toxic warehouse, not in the open air.
2. Prevent rain, sun, moisture and weathering during transportation. It is not allowed to store and transport together with moist or toxic substances, and substances releasing acid mist and ammonia.
3. Fire can be put out by water, sand and carbon dioxide fire extinguisher.
