Independent research and development of high precision grating encoder, break foreign technology monopoly, 23bit resolution digital galvanometer to achieve excellent positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy. Flexible configuration of FPGA-based digital drive board can match galvanometers with different loads from 10-30mm.
