High precision magnetic encoder, up to micron resolution.
The voice coil actuator is a direct drive motor with micron-level magnetic encoder. When repeatedly positioning to the same point, the precision deviation of the stopping position is ± 1μm.
The force generated by the voice coil actuator is directly proportional to the current. With the use of high-performance guide rail, the coil of the motor and the stator part have no contact, no wear, the maximum precision force control can reach ±3 G.
The actuator is highly integrated design, and the minimum thickness of the series products can reach 20mm, which greatly saves the internal space of the module equipment, and is conducive to the matrix combination and arrangement of multiple motors.
