ZR voice coil motor with high precision grating encoder, nanoscale resolution. Actuators for direct-drive motor, cooperate with nanoscale grating encoder, fixing to the same point repeatedly, the precision of the stop position deviation of plus or minus 1 microns.
Voice coil actuator is proportional to the current relationship between the force created by the collocation of high-performance guide rail, and no contact and coil of the motor stator, no wear and tear, maximum plus or minus 0.01 N precision force control.

Precision pick and place
Voice coil actuator can provide accurate Z-axis linear + rotational motion while high-speed pick and place movement. With soft landing function, it can touch precision components with ± 3G force to protect components from damage, such as chip packaging and camera module assembly.
Touch panel detection
Highly integrated design, the minimum thickness of 20mm, more conducive to multi-motor matrix combination arrangement, simulation of finger multi-touch and other touch operation mode. The precision force control is ± 3G, the repeated positioning accuracy is ±1μm, the thrust is smooth and stable, ensuring the stable output under high speed operation and improving the detection efficiency.
Switch to detect
By setting the thrust, displacement and frequency of the motor, the life test and quality check of the parts can be realized, such as the switch detection of 3C electronic products.
