4. Soft landing
The ZR voice coil actuator shaft or grip finger is allowed to contact the work part surface with very low programmable force, which is particularly useful for the operation of high-precision and high-value devices. Approach the operating surface at a controlled low force in speed mode, and the execution shaft will remain at the operating surface once the contact with the operating surface position error increases to a pre-programmed value.
