White Powder 7558 80 7 Monosodium Orthophosphate
Buffering agent Emulsifier Monosodium Phosphate (MSP) 7558-80-7 NaH2PO4 White Powder
Properties
The production methods include sodium hydrogen phosphate neutralization method and soda neutralization method:
1. Disodium hydrogen phosphate neutralization method: dissolve disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate with water at the ratio of 3:2, remove the insoluble matter through filtration, add the filtrate into the neutralizer, slowly add phosphoric acid under stirring for neutralization reaction, control the pH value at 4.2-4.6, evaporate and concentrate the reaction solution until it forms a crystalline film, cool and crystallize, and centrifuge to obtain disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate. Then anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate was prepared by drying at 100 ℃. The mother liquor can be returned to dissolve disodium hydrogen phosphate.
2. Neutralization method of soda ash: add extracted phosphoric acid into neutralization reactor, slowly add soda ash solution under stirring for neutralization reaction to generate sodium dihydrogen phosphate, which is filtered, evaporated and concentrated, cooled to 60-70 ℃ and crystallized, and then centrifugally separated to obtain dihydrate sodium dihydrogen phosphate. The anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate was prepared by air flow drying.
Anhydrous products are white powder, and melting point is at 190 ℃. Dihydrate products is colorless crystal, relative density at 1.915 g/cm3, melting point at 57.4℃. It is soluble in water, not soluble in organic solution.
