High Conversion Glucoamylase Hydrolytic Enzymes , Food Grade Liquid Saccharification Enzyme
Glucoamylase HGA-100
Food Grade Saccharification Enzyme in Liquid For Starch Sugar
PRELIMINARY DESCRIPTION
High conversion Glucoamylase HGA-100 is made from controlled fermentation and extraction of selected strains of Aspergillus niger. HGA-100 can catalyze the release of glucose units from the non-reducing ends of soluble dextrins by hydrolyzing both linear (1,4-alpha-D) and branch (1,6-alpha -D) glucosidic linkages.
HGA-100 does not contain Glucosidase, thus enables its high conversion rate from starch to sugar.

| Storage & Shelf-life |
This enzyme has been formulated for optimal stability. Typical shelf-life is six months provided being stored below 25°C in its original packaging, sealed and unopened, protected from the sunlight. The shelf-life will be eighteen months provided being stored properly at 0∼10°C. Prolonged storage and/or adverse conditions such as higher temperatures may lead to a higher dosage requirement.
