DESCRIPTION
AC-2000 is a high concentration acid cellulase powder produced from selected strains of Trichoderma reesei through submerged fermentation, extraction and refining process. It is especially suitable for abrasion of denim fabrics.
Use of AC-2000 enables high efficiency of denim washing with high contrast, less backstaining and a desirable worn-out appearance.

EFFECT OF PH
AC-2000 can work at a wide pH range from 4.0 to 7.0 with its optimum pH range from 4.5 to 5.0.
EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE
AC-2000 can work at temperatures from 30 to 60°C with its optimal temperatures from 45 to 55°C.
USAGE GUIDELINE
AC-2000 is usually used for reformulation to match different styles, effects and processing conditions. It can be used either alone or in combination with pumice stones. General protocols as follows:
AC-2000: 0.5∼5%, buffer agent: 8∼20%, dye-antibackstaing agent: 8∼20%, adjust to 100%
Dosage: X% (omf- to fabric weight, the exact amount depends on the actual
processing demand)
Bath ratio: 5∼15L / kg fabric
Temperature: 30∼60°C, optimum temperature 45∼55°C
PACKAGING, STORAGE & SHELF-LIFE
Typical packaging is 20kg cardboard drums or kraft paper bags. Customized packing is available upon request.
Typical shelf-life is twelve months if this product is stored below 25°C in its original packaging, sealed and unopened, protected from direct sunlight. Prolonged storage and/or adverse conditions such as higher temperatures may lead to a higher dosage requirement.
SAFE HANDLING OF ENZYMES
Inhalation of enzyme dust and mists should be avoided. In case of contact with the skin or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least 15 minutes. For detailed handling information, please refer to the Safety Data Sheet.

Time: 20∼90 minutes
Inactivation of enzyme can be realized by : a) increase pH to 9.0 by adding sodium carbonate, or
heat to 80°C and keep for 10 minutes, wash the fabric for twice; b) treat with bleaching agents
