GA-8000FG is a high concentration food-grade powdery saccharifying enzyme prepared from Aspergillus Niger selected strain by deep fermentation, extraction and purification.GA-8000FG has a high conversion rate of starch substrate to fermentable sugar.It can degrade the glycosidic bond of α-Dmurl 1 and 4 from the non-reducing end of starch one after another.It can also slowly hydrolyze the α-Dmurine 6 glucoside branched bond of starch and cleave the α-1mer 3 bond to release glucose.
