Pg Non Gmo Saccarification Glucoamylase Enzyme Puremei For Ethanol Production Halal
Glucoamylase PUREMEI PG
NON-GMO Saccarification Enzyme for Ethanol Production
(Halal and Kosher Certified)
PRELIMINARY DESCRIPTION
Glucoamylase PUREMEI PG is a kind of robust dextran starch produced by non-transgenic Aspergillus Niger strain through deep fermentation, extraction and purification.
PUREMEI PG can gradually degrade α-Dmurl and 4 glycosidic bonds from the non-reducing end of starch.
It can also hydrolyze the α-Dmurine 1 domain 6 glucoside branch bond of starch and cleave the α-1 line 3 bond to release glucose.
PUREMEI PG has higher ethanol yield, faster fermentation rate and less starch residue.
For ground grain processing plants that use simultaneous saccharification fermentation (SSF), PUREMEI PG can be added directly to the fermentor.
For dry mills that grind grains and wet mills that use separate pre-saccharification steps before fermentation, PUREMEI PG can be added to the cooling slurry or liquefied starch when the temperature reaches 55 to 60 °C. temperatures higher than 65 °C can lead to rapid loss of activity.
DOSAGE RECOMMENDATION
The amount of PUREMEI PG added is generally 0.065% to 0.085%w/w (dry solid foundation).
The optimal dose depends on the actual process conditions, including raw materials, temperature, reaction time, pH value and expected results of each ethanol plant.
PACKAGING, STORAGE AND SHELF-LIFE
| Packaging |
PUREMEI PG is packaged in 25kg, 30kg HDPE plastic drums or 1125 kg IBC totes.
Customized packaging is also available upon request.
|
| Storage and Shelf-life |
The typical shelf life of PUREMEI PG is 6 months if it is stored below 25 degrees Celsius in the original package. |
