DESCRIPTION
HA-470 is a high concentration thermostable α-amylase extracted from Bacillus licheniformis by submerged fermentation and purification.
HA-470 is an endo-amylase, which can randomly hydrolyze starch, glycogen and their degradation products of α-Dmurl 1P 4-glycosidic bond into soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides, thus rapidly reducing the viscosity of gelatinized starch solution.
As a very robust α-amylase, HA-470 has excellent thermal stability and pH stability, and can achieve efficient liquefaction in ethanol production.
EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE
For intermittent liquefaction, the temperature range of HA-470 is 80 to 100 °C, and the optimal temperature range is 83 to 86 °C.
It rapidly liquefys the starch substrate at 90 to 95 ℃ and maintains high activity at 100 ℃.
In continuous liquefaction, HA-470 exhibits excellent thermal stability in the temperature range from 105C to 110C, maintaining its stability for 5 to 7 minutes and maintaining effective liquefaction (see figure 2).
The exact amount of HA-470 depends on the type of starch, substrate concentration and other technological conditions.
In order to optimize the dose, it is recommended to carry out several liquefaction tests before routine use of this product.
The suitable dose rate of HA-470 is 0.07 ~ 0.2kg / day.
